It’s quick, cheap and easy!
|Oat flakes||100 g|
|Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon…||as needed|
- Place the oat flakes in a bowl and top them with some cold water. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Filter the water and rinse the oat flakes with cold water, then place them again in a bowl.
- Add 1 L of cold water. With the immersion stand mixer, grind the oat flakes.
- Filter the oat milk.
- Add sugar, cinnamon, whatever you like.
In the chocolate version, add 3-4 tea spoons of chocolate powder to 500 ml of oat milk. If the chocolate powder does not contain sugar, add some extra sugar or syrup to the milk.
